Applied Animal Ethics: How Should Animals be Treated? (Ethics Part 2)

Abstract

This lecture is the second in our Animal Ethics series and draws on the ethical theories discussed in the first lecture.  It discusses applied animal ethics, looking at the complex issues surrounding the question over how animals should be treated, and uses the case studies of livestock animals and companion animals.
